Become a Full Member of Biashara DT Sacco and enjoy the numerous benefits we offer. Our Full Membership is open to all residents of Kenya.

Full Membership Requirements:

• Registration Fee: Kshs 2,000
• Valid Identification: Provide an original copy of your national ID card or passport.
• Nominal Shares: Purchase 500 nominal shares at Kshs 100 each (total of Kshs 50,000).
• Development Fee: Contribute a one-time development fee of Kshs 200,000.
• Maintenance Fee: Pay a monthly maintenance fee of Kshs 200.
• Welfare Fee: Contribute Kshs 100 towards our welfare fund.
• Monthly Deposits: Make regular monthly deposits of Kshs 2,500.

• Facility – Maximum of Kshs.12 million with three – six months’ grace period.
• Interest rate – 12% pa.

• Waiting period – 3 – 7 working days
• Repayment period – 6 – 60 months.

BIASHARA BEBA LOAN

Target Group – All Members

• Features – Asset financing for Land/Plots, Motor vehicles, Motor bikes etc.
• Graduation – Save for at least three months.
• Requirement – Save 40% to 50% of the property to be purchased
• Security -The property to be purchased.
• Facility – 50% – 60 % of the Asset Value
• Interest rate – 12% pa.
• Waiting period – 3 – 7 days.
• Repayment period – 6 – 36months depending on the type of asset.

Target Group – All Members
