If you want to put tiles on 2,3,4,5 bedroom house in Kenya,you will spend this amount of money:
2 bedroom—Ksh 200,000 to Ksh350,000
3 bedroom—Ksh300,000 to Ksh 500,000
4 bedroom—Ksh 450,000 to Ksh 800,000
5 bedroom—Ksh 500,000 to Ksh 1 million
The cost depends on the quality of tiles, labour cost and size of the rooms..If you buy cheap tiles from local hardware shops, you will spend less but if you buy quality ones from places like Saj Ceramics, you will spend high amount of money.
