I build a three-bedroom house in Kenya last year and spent Ksh 2.5 million. Labour costed me Ksh 500,000. I spent Ksh 450,000 on mabati and Ksh 800,000 on materials. I got tiles from Saj Ceramics which are of highest quality. Gypsum costed me Ksh 250,000. In total I spent Ksh 2.5 million.
For those who have built their own 3bedroom houses,what was the total cost?
