Is this the most beautiful house in Kisii?The owner has finally finished the house in Kisii,spending Ksh 7 million to complete it.The house has a unique roof with iron sheets from MRM.Roofing alone cost Ksh 800,000.
The owner told us that he spent Ksh 600,000 on the foundation while finishing consumed Ksh 2 million.
What amazes the neighbours and everyone who has spotted this house is the roofing—they did clean work.The fundi also did amazing work especially pillars—you can’t spot any fault.
It’s a 4 bedroom house which took 1 year to construct. The design can also be used in places like Nairobi.
