Since most people would prefer houses for common mwananchi,I won’t advise you to look for a house in Milimani.

If you have a budget of Ksh 10,000 to Ksh 20, 000, you will get a decent apartment to rent. When occupying a house, you are required to pay two months’ rent, deposit for water and electricity.
