Trending three bedroom house design in Kenya, who owns it?

There is this house which is trending in Kenya. One of ambitious young men spotted it, took a picture and requested the owner to come out. He wanted to pay Ksh 200,000 to get the house plan. But up to now nobody has come forward.

The house looks simple but decent, it’s a three bedroom house in Rift Valley. Building such a house will cost approximately Ksh 3 million.

There are many house design companies in Kenya, but most people opt to go for plans from houses which are already complete because they have a picture of how their house would look like.
