A landlord in Zimmerman Nairobi has constructed a Mansion house on top of an apartment. The apartment has 3 floors and it was completed a couple of years ago. But the landlady decided to come up with her own house on top of it instead of buying land elsewhere to build the mansion.

The landlady spent a whopping Ksh 9 million to construct the mansion which sits on 50 by 100 plot.She lives there with her family and workers.

This is a new idea to landlords in Kenya who don’t have enough money to buy land elsewhere. They can build a house on top of the apartment and comfortably live there.

People are wondering how the house was approved yet the county government,NCA,Nema and other bodies saw it being built.
