Many people are complaining that Skrill is receiving money and denying people from withdrawing. They will ask you to verify your account once the money is sent to it and even if you verify, you aren’t allowed to withdraw.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH SKRILL.
My friend made an account, did the verification, and I sent him money. Two days later, both of us are banned and I have no information whatsoever about why we were banned. I called customer service and the agent refused to give me any information at all nor to allow me to speak with anyone else. Honestly, this is the worst experience I have ever had with any payment service.`

I recently created my Skrill account funded it with my card, then all over sudden you restricted all transactions on my account my account is verified as I can see that but am not able to make any transactions. please help

’m experiencing a serious issue with Skrill.
On 14 May 2025, I withdrew ZAR 6,485 to First National Bank of Lesotho (Txn ID: 6241396110).
Skrill shows it as “completed”, but the money has not arrived. My bank confirmed there’s nothing pending.
I’ve sent dozens of emails, but no response from your team.
This is unacceptable — I need answers or I’ll be escalating this to the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).
Please respond immediately.

Skrill wrong Skrill has restricted the account for 14 days, we appeal for the restriction to be lifted. They are holding the funds in the account. They have violated the FCA guidelines, basic consumer protection standards, a complaint has been filed regarding the unauthorized and illegal holding of money at the Fin.Ombudsman service UK Better Business bureau public forum Violation of GDPR to all evidence of illegal actions by Skrill!!!!!!!!!! Damages will be awarded. !

I opened case #32883717 on 11/07/2025 for a KYC/verification issue blocking my transfer. It’s been over 80 hours—no reply, though you promise 24–48h response. My account is fully verified. I urgently need to send money to my family. Please help ASAP!

My @Skrill account has been restricted for 14 days now without any reason or explanation. The company is holding my funds and **COMPLETELY IGNORING** all my requests to lift the restriction.
Sent dozens of emails – no response
Tried chat support – they don’t solve anything
Called them – no results
This isn’t customer service, this is **withholding money**!
Due to their unprofessional behavior, I was forced to file official complaints with:

European Banking Authority
Other regulatory authorities
**Skrill – 14 days of silence is NOT a solution!** Either communicate with your customers or return the money!

your customer service is appalling. I have attempted to contact you over 15 times by email, phone and chat to no avail.
I have even resorted to contacting your sister company PaySafe who have also been unsuccessful in getting you to reply to me.
You have $510 of my money and I need the account unlocked urgently so I can withdraw MY FUNDS! I’ve waited over 10 days after being promised a response within 24 hours!
Please respond urgently. I’ve contacted trading standards also.
