Pipeline Estate Nairobi Review

11

Pipeline is the most populous estate in Nairobi, it has over 250,000 residents. Majority of the houses here are apartments. Pipeline is safe, it’s one place where you will walk in the streets at midnight and don’t worry about insecurity.

If you are starting life, this is the best estate to live in Nairobi. But it’s not a good estate for raising children because there are no playing fields and also schools are not good enough. The estate is also crowded.

The rent amount to pay:

Single room—Ksh 3,500 to Ksh 5,000

Bedsitter—Ksh 5,000 to Ksh10,000

One-bedroom—Ksh 6,500 to Ksh 16,000

2 bedrooms—Ksh 14,000 to Ksh22,000

Majority of the houses contain single rooms, bedsitter and one-bedroom. It’s hard to get 2- or 3-bedroom houses. If you are earning a salary of Ksh30,000 to Ksh90,000 this is the best estate to live in.

How to access Nairobi CBD
