- KENYATTA
The Kenyatta’s family is believed to be largest land owners in Kenya. Forbes reported that Kenyatta’s family own 500,000 acres of land in different part of Kenya. Although in 2013 presidential election debate, former president Uhuru Kenyatta was asked to declare the total land owned by the family. Uhuru said that the family owned around 30,000 acres of land in Taita Taveta.
- LATE FORMER PRESIDENT DANIEL ARAP MOI FAMILY
The former Daniel Arap Moi, who served the county from 1978 to 2002, acquired large land in his time in the office.

- Bahati, nakuru county 20,000acres
- Kabarak 1,600 acres
- Olenguruone,nakuru county 20,000acres

Kuki Gallman is an Italian baroness. Kuki and her late husband Paolo Gallman bought the land in 1974. After the death of the husband and the son in 1980 and 1983 respectively.
