Wells Fargo salary for Security Guards start from Ksh 16,000 per month. Newly recruited guards are paid Ksh 16,000.After 3 years the salary is increased to Ksh 18,000 to Ksh21,000.If you manage to stay for more than Ksh 5 years,your salary will be more than Ksh 25,000.

Those who have worked at the institution for 10 years and above earn Ksh 35,000 and more.

If you want to earn more than other security guards, enroll for a course like criminology. You should also be close to Senior Managers who will recommend you.
