• 5% intrest rate
• Loan offered is 90% of total savings
• Repayment periiod of 1 month

Emergency loan

• Qualify when a minimum of ksh 500 is saved.
• No guarantors required
• Interest rate of 5% per month 
• Loan offered is 80% of total savings
• Repayment period of upto 3 months

Jisort loan

• Qualify after 2 months of saving
• Requires guarantors if amount borrowed exceeds savings balance
• Interest rate of 4% per month
• Maximum loan offer is upto 2x of savings
• Repayment period of upto 2 months

Long term loans

School fee loan

• Qualify after 3 months of saving
• Requires guarantors/ self-guaranteed if amount borrowed is less than your savings  
• Interest rate of 1% per month
• Maximum loan offer is upto 3x of saving
• Maximum repayment period of 12 months

Development loan

• Qualify after 3 months of saving
• Requires guarantors/ self-guaranteed if amount borrowed is less than your savings  
• Interest rate of 1% per month
• Maximum loan offer is upto 3x of savings

• Select niminate a guarantor 
• Enter his/her mobile number
• Reply with “Y” if you have to add another guarantor & “N” if you dont have to
• Enter your pin number
• Press ok

How to Guarantee a loan

• Select a loan
• Select either nominate guarantor
• Confirm nomination
• Enter amount you want to guarantee
• Enter loan transaction ID
• Enter your pin 
• Press ok

How to join a group

• Select option 6 (Group)
• Select option 3 (Join  a group)
• Then follow the instructions as prompted

How to create a group

How to Cancel a loan

• Select option 5 (guarantors)
• Select option 3 (Cancel loan)  
• Then choose the loan you want cancelled

• Select option 7 (Invite Friends)
• Enter your friends mobile number

How to repay a loan

• Select repay loan (option 2)
• Choose whether to repay from your E-wallet or from m-pesa

What is the difference between digital wallet and Sacco account?

Digital wallet is the pouch where the monies deposited using the paybill number (542431) hits before they can be transferred into your Sacco account.

Sacco account is your account in which you can use to save and borrow depending on the amount you have saved in it
