If you are posting long form videos on YouTube and your views are 10,000, you will earn Ksh 1,500 to Ksh4,000 in Kenya. We are assuming that you are getting 100% views from Kenya. The CPM for Kenyan traffic is Ksh150 to Ksh300 per 1000 views.
Videos posted with Kiswahili and Sheng attract views from Kenya and Tanzania only and they earn less than those videos posted in English. To increase your income to at least Ksh4,000 per 1000 views, create content in English. You will attract views from Europe and USA.
