Maverick Aoko has lost her Facebook account with over 200k followers. Aoko had been using the account for more than 3 years where she reveals secrets of politicians. The Luo lady, who is in exile had reported that she doesn’t operate the account, that it’s operated by an impersonator. She appealed to Facebook to deleted the account.
Yesterday, Facebook deleted it, shocking her followers. Aoko is on X where she posts moderate content.
But Kenyans believe that it’s Aoko who was operating the Facebook account, considering the language she posts with. Her intention is to clean her name in readiness to return to the country. She plans to contest for Nairobi Women Rep position in 2027. By declaring that she doesn’t own the account,all those who accused her of soiling their name will pardon her.
