The ideal people to live in Kilimani are those earning above Ksh150, 000 per month. If your salary is below Ksh 100, 000, don’t bother to look for a house in Kilimani, go to estates like Umoja, Utawala, Embakasi, Tassia ,Thika Road and Donholm
