EABL is one of the highest paying institutions in Kenya. Their interns are usually employed as management trainees. During the training, they are paid Ksh 60,000 to Ksh 90,000 per month.The training takes up to 2 years. Upon completion, their salary is increased to Ksh 120,000 to Ksh 150,000 per month. This means that the starting salary of a fresh graduate at EABL is Ksh 120,000 and above.
There are also interns who are recruited on short contracts. They are paid Ksh 40,000 to Ksh 60,000 per month. The contracts go for 3 months to one year.
Once employed by EABL, you are entitled to allowances. Your basic salary can be Ksh 120,000 but when you include allowances, the total salary is over Ksh 180,000.
To get attachment at EABL as a graduate trainee, you should possess undergraduate degree with at least Upper Second Class. You should be below 30 years of age.
