Afresa Sacco Loans

Starter Loan

Products Features:

1. Interest is 0.99% per month.
2. Available to all new applicants, eighteen years old and above.
3. One must fill the Society’s Membership application to join the SACCO as a member.
4. Repayment period is within 90 days.
5. Maximum loan amount is KShs. 20,000.00 for new applicants on a reducing balance basis.
6. The recovery period will be 3 months.
7. 30 days grace period from the date of loan disbursement.
8. Mode of recovery is: any legal source of funds is acceptable.

Requirements:

• Copy of ID certificate.
• Two passport photos
• Minimum share value of kshs 1000.
• Three months membership with savings.

Okoa Loan

The best thing about okoa loan is that it favors you so much in that:

• The Interest Rate is 2.0%.
• Maximum amount borrowed is 80% of your shares.
• Repayable @ the end of the month.

SME Loan

• Interest rate @ 0.99% per month on reducing balance
• Repayment period is 12 months.
• Maximum amount granted is your savings x 3

Jijenge Loan

• Interest rate is 0.99 % per month.
• Repayment period is 12months.
• Maximum amount granted is your net salary x 3.

Advance Loan

Interest rate is dependent on the repayment period in that;

• 1 month @ 1.5 %
• 2 months @ 1.5 %
• 3 months @ 1.5 % 
• Maximum amount a member can borrow is up to 80% of his/her net salary
• Principal and interest amounts are recoverable at the end of each month.

Emergency Loan

• Granted for unforeseen circumstances.
• Applicable interest rate is 0.99 %p.m on reducing balance.
• Repayable in two months.
• Multiplier is x3 your savings/ (subject to 1/3 salary rule).
• Only one emergency loan can be granted at a time.
