I am a teacher and I am just wondering what kind of a generation we are raising, imagine during KCSE exams teachers sit down to do exams for students. Being an invigilator for sometimes now, it is a very common trend where you see a D students scoring super grades like A- and Bs.
You try raising the alarm, you find out that the Sub county Directors both in the ministry and TSC have had their share.
The same with the police so you can find yourself in trouble trying to demand for integrity.
Before exams, the three supervisors (rotational) are booked earlier as well as the invigilators.
Where are we headed to as a country if this is happening in more than 40% of the schools?
Testimony3
So there’s this golf club I used to work at . Got job as a casual laborer. Things were going well until I was given a higher position and in a different Dept but still as a casual.
But there this 3 ladies who act kama the weapons formed against people they will frustrate you mpaka uskie kukufa . They are close to the CEO na wakiskie ati roho ime kukataa or you are more beautiful than them or the members are engaging with you that’s the end of you. That’s what happened to me and a few others who left. They will start rumors mostly like you having relationships with members ,yet evidently they will be unprofessional by hugging every male member they meets .
My termination was without an explanation or pay not even a coin
I was devastated and almost fell into depression.
i hear they haven’t changed and service personels Huwa wanashinda kubadilishwa and partly it’s because of them.
Makes me wonder why some people will just dedicate their lives to destroy others even without probable cause

Hi girl, I hope you are doing great…I worked as a territory sales executive at Airtel Kenya. The targets were crazie and unrealistic. We were forced to register lines even in markets with zero population….some markets, they placed boosters (sites ) in residential areas.we were forced to steal Identity Cards to register lines. They were giving unrealistic targets with unrealistic expectations..they would expect us to use our salary to meet targets..for my sanity I resigned.
Testimony6
Recently I was seated in a supreme part of a bank. “Which is usually a preserve for the rich.”I saw a security company bring in cash in a big metallic box. The cash was reparked in boxes. (I was peeping but pretending I’m minding my own business) In about 30 mins. KDF came in and carried away the s. Tuko kwa system ya majambazi saa hii. I imagined that cash may have come fom some public department and now whisked away with no trace.
Testimony7
Our pastors are the most corrupt.
Our senior pastor was poisoned something to elevate his BP by people close to him, his ‘security’ and in conjunction with the pastors and Deacon board members.
Money was collected in the name of vision 2040 assistant senior pastor na wengine walikula hio pesa, inflated amounts to build simple structure.
Some pastors own businesses courtesy of loans(non-repayable) with bars being on top of the list.
Parklands Baptist Church is rotten to the core, saa hii wanasema hakuna pesa yet pastors and staff advance themselves loans and get vouchers za Naivas yet a simple member with school fees arrears is denied simple help.
Testimony8
Good afternoon from here!
So the story of peanut is one complex one,, I was in that field for 4 years between 2013-2017…..
- Most of the peanut butter we have in the country, (made in Kenya) have very high aflatoxin levels… The manufacturers take to KEBS what they’ve highly selected… KEBS is very corrupt, so instead of going to the factories to collect samples, companies take n bribe their way… I know, mine failed the test four times and I said I won’t bribe the way…. Eventually I bought several samples from different manufactures and took to a private laboratory for analysis… None passed,, believe you me ,, the levels were high….
Eventually, I realized that for you to do peanut butter, you have to do proper selection… We did that and eventually we got certified,, but our price was very high….. Every bunch I did, I took a sample to private laboratory n if not cleared, my conscious could not allow me put it in the shelf ( remember, I am now going an extra mile n I have KEBS)…. These people will NEVER visit or take random samples….
So I went to KIRDI Kenya for product improvement, that’s where I learnt that the Government, KEBS and those who are supposed to take care of Kenyans were aware that,, all Kenyan made peanut butter, and maize flour had very high levels of aflatoxin…. But as they say,, the Government was faced with “feeding the masses with poison, or letting them starve?” They choose the former… Infact I remember the Dr. Who was taking me through said…. “Salome, ten years from today, the rate of cancer on this country will be uncontrollable, I wish this Government cares for the people”, ……..
I closed the factory because I couldn’t bring myself to feeding young children with poison and the loss was Soo much…..
- There is something called ” soya lecithin “, it’s used to preserve peanut butter so it doesn’t separate oil….. Weeeee… My dear, I found first hand poison in the market!!! Took to the laboratory n the muhindi told me,,,” this one is meant to kill”, I swear it broke my heart… That’s what our manufacturers use as stabilizer……. Kendi!!vi bought few imported brands n took. Them for testing,, they were ok! That made me believe, yes, as a country, we have a problem… Everytime I see someone holding a certain Kenyan Brand peanut butter, I feel sooooo bad, I want to stop them. I wasn’t to shout stop buying the unga, but how do I???? I closed that company, my product was clean, but wasn’t competitive…..
- Peanut themselves is a cartel… Controlled by politicians in Nyamakima,, we get red nuts from Malawi….. It’s another complex story!!!! Kendi…. I try to voice this things!!!! But…..

Hello Ms. Kendi. Movotels is a mobile hotel built out of tent equipment that gives accomodation to miners during shutdowns, international military training, outdoor functions etc. Unfortunately, the management and his long service team exploit women. Sex, manipulation & abuse(physical & emotional) is used until employees are of no use. The manager makes promises the 1st time you come to work and then it is downhill from there, you will work for a month only to earn half of what was initially promised & if you disputed any of his offers you would be forced to leave, he will tell you that it is a not a permanent job so you are unable to receive any assistance from Labor. I later found out he was sleeping with a few ladies & giving them money, he made a few passes at me too. 1 of his long time workers constantly demanded sex & insulted women, he also got into physical/verbal altercations, he was never reprimanded & constantly said he was the boss in absence of the manager. The manager would stir the pot & silently watch disputes happen between staff. There was alot of clash in regards to clarifying job descriptions, alot of unnecessary glitches affected production. I am not sure the directors of the company were aware but alot could have been avoided, someone was always blamed/fired whenever there was a fcuk up. Unfortunately such pettyness affected some of our job applications. I wish I had recorded the many conversations we had about him bribing for tenders. I am only standing up because I felt my character was tainted. Also I want our daughters & sisters to be more aware.

Hey about the dark sides of an industry, Meru Oak is an endangered Tree, and it is illegal to have it. In most funeral service shops, clients will be told a certain casket is made of Meru Oak. Unknown to them, it’s just a normal hard board, polished nicely and designed differently. The casket can fetch 70k or more. ( A client will have bought a name). anything else is kipindi!.
Testimony11
On the topic of dirty secrets I work for an OMC( oil manufacturing company) for Indians one of the leading OMC in Zambia. Trust me these Indians exploit us starting from the CEO himself. The wages are less. I have a degree but I’m being paid the same as a fuel attendant and a general worker. I’m grateful for the job buh the pay is less and I only do this to survive and I hate begging. If you try complaining to higher government officials such as labour offices they are all paid off and snitch back to the company and you end up being fired with no benefits. And there’s this police post that was funded and built next to the main offices, the officers are corrupt and come for some payments every month
I pray for greener pastures

I am not employed neither I have never been. But I came face to face with what Banks do. You see, if you have a business account in a bank they will study the cash flow, how you withdrew and if you are keen on your account statement.
So there is this Bank, every time I do a transaction in a bank over the counter withdraw, they would transfer 10bob to another account.
One day when I realised of the 10bob transfer, I decided to get a 5 years statement. And tracked back when this happen. Trust me not, about 300K went to that account and I couldn’t trance when that started.
I flaged the account and decided to do an investigation. Shock on me, I got the owner of the account, a worker there but not a teller. Nikaamua kustua yeye to get what’s really happens. And followed to chain upto the Branch manager. I believe they do this to multiple customers, maybe I’m a day that can do 1,000 or so transaction which in a month is a wholesome good pay.
Mimi nilidai yangu in 100folds or I raise the alarm. I got it, and since then I must get a statement every month and check if the transactions are mine. I feared for my life, cause weeh if they got fired they would have come for me.
So be checking your statements.

Hii hata I won’t dm.. I used to work in a veges farm in naivasha.. We would do broccoli, French beans and minji for export.. The export market have their standards with recommended chemicals to be applied.. Lemme tell you Maina, we would apply the blacklisted chemicals off the books ( they also have longer post harvest intervals). They are so effective in dealing with pests and diseases…
Then export the produce.. At some instances the produce would be flagged in the foreign markets because they have the chemical residues.. A report would be sent back.. The spray supervisor would be summoned then they would deny and show the crafted spray records (as per directors orders)… Then the exporting company will find one out grower to lay the blame to (they had several outgrowres)
. We would go ahead and sell the same produce as “organic ‘.
Hizo story za kephis ni show off tu..
Testimony15

This famous driving school ( PETANNS) is the worst to ever work in. The director lecturers grown ups like little children and calling them names like “Jinga ii”, “Idiot” “Ngombe ii”… I mean all sorts of names.
When it comes to salary it depends with the kind of sales you’ve done. You can even be exempted from the payroll completely ama upewe 5k ati huna value. They are ever employing and people keep resigning. It’s alot ata siwezi Sema zote
Testimony22
I recently learnt about how Unga companies bleach flour to make it whiter. Dear people of class, don’t think that the whiter the floor the more classy you are, in fact the bleaching agent removes some of the nutrients and makes the flour cook faster…. Kisiagi is the real deal.
Testimony23
Metropolitan hospital is the worst place to work. Working long hours bila overtime, and the HR Madam Oliech fires people at will. The current staff in that hospital now is either related to someone senior in that hospital, the incharges run their departments like their bedrooms no professionalism. In short that hospital is a good example of modern day slavery overworked and underpayed.
Testimony24
Beef sausages are full of kimbo cooking fat, maize flour, wheat flour, soya,. The meat content is less than 30% and it can be from MDF meat from chicken trimmings. So we just used to add beef concentrate… I cringe wen I see people eating them.
It’s better to eat a pork sausage
Testimony25

Most of the so called life coaches are a scam. They know nothing, zilch, nada about what they profess to teach.
Most pastors have parallel realities. The church facade and home facade. In other words, they live double lives. Religiosity has made most people refuse to critically think and question their church authorities.
Most of the food we consume is poison and the big ph*rm is playing everyone dirty like pawn. The 1% doesn’t care about the rest of the earthlings.
In organizations, ra*ism/tribalism, nepotism, patriarchy and unfairness is real.
Carry on.
