Maverick Aoko is a Luo lady who is also a blogger.Her real name is Scophine Otieno. She was born in Nyakach Kisumu in 1992.
Education
She attended primary and secondary schools in Kisumu before enrolling for a diploma in Mass Communication at Kenya Institute of Mass Communication. Later,she joined the University of Nairobi to study Bachelor of Political Science.

Before venturing into blogging,Aoko worked at Standard Media Group as an editor.She has also worked for Royal Media Service owned company Viusasa and Opera Mini

Aoko is not married, she is single. The controversial lady at one time claimed that she dated John Mbadi and David Osiany.
In 2024 she miscarried. She was dating a security officer by then. The was kidnapped the same year but was later found in Tanzania.
Maverick Aoko went into hiding after making more enemies than any Kenyan. She is currently out of the country and nobody knows where she is hiding. Her main hobby is to post controversial things on social media especially those touching top politicians. Aoko always fear for her life because of the niche she chose.
She is the lady who claimed that James Orengo was poisoned. This was after Kenyans questioned about the Siaya Governor’s absence. The Governor went missing after visiting State House Nairobi.
