Eastmatt was opened in 1994 at Eastleigh Section 3. Since then, the supermarket has been growing, becoming one of the biggest supermarkets in Kenya.

Eastmatt Lipa Pole Pole

The Lipa Pole Pole is an arrangement where you enroll for Eastmatt Point Reward system. Identify a product to buy, pay a deposit and the rest in installments. You can buy electronics, smartphones, seats and other items on credit.

Lipa Pole Pole Requirements

  1. Must be enrolled in the Eastmatt Loyalty point Reward system. 
  2. Identity card or valid passport.

Terms of Service

 
Customer must have a valid national identity card or passport. 
Customer must be enrolled in the Eastmatt loyalty point reward system Applies to selected electronics, furniture and mattresses stock categories. 
A customer can only buy one item at a time. 
The payment period is sixty (60) days from the date of the first instalment.
The first down payment is 10 % of the purchase price of the selected stock item. The remaining balance of the amount payable on instalment has no interest charge. 
In case the price of selected item changes before the last instalment payment is made;  Incase of price down at the point of last instalment, no refund will be given but the  customer will be allowed to purchase item(s) worth the amount of price down  difference.
Incase of price increase at the point of last instalment, the customer will pay the item  at that prevailing price. 
Incase of default of payment after sixty (90) days repayment period,   No refund will be given to the customer and the customer will be allowed to do  shopping equivalent to the amount deposited.
