When you live in Nyayo Estate, you are assured of plenty of water, enough security and conducive environment.

Umoja

Umoja is for the middle and low income earners .Here you can get a one bedroom house for Ksh 12,000.A bedsitter will cost you from Ksh 6,000 to Ksh 9,000 per month.

Security in Umoja is not bad and life is generally cheap here.
