How to apply for water connection
You need to fill in an application form which can be obtained from the office or downloaded from the company’s website and have the following:
- Copy of ID
- Copy of KRA Pin
- Copy of Title Deed
- Connection charges as outlined in the tariff.
How to apply for a sewer connection
Download application form from the website or pick it from the office. Below are the documents needed:
- Copy of ID
- Copy of KRA Pin
- Copy of Title Deed
- Connection charges as outlined in the tariff.
In case you have an existing water connection; you will only require the following:
- Copy of water bill
- Connection charges as outlined in the tariff.
How to check for water bill from Kiambu Water and Sewerage Company
